On Tuesday, November 12, from 6-9 PM, join us at Palette 22 for a post-election analysis featuring Deirdre Schifeling, ACLU National’s Chief Political and Advocacy Officer and ACLU-D.C.’s Executive Director, Monica Hopkins. The discussion dives into the impacts of the 2024 election on D.C. residents and explores how a Trump administration and the incoming Congress could shape the District's future. We will also discuss D.C. Statehood and the need to defend our self-governance. The ACLU has a plan to take action, and we invite you to join us.

Before the discussion, talk with ACLU-D.C. leadership, including our new Policy Advocacy Director, Scarlett Aldebot. Throughout the evening, enjoy light refreshments and contribute to an interactive art piece. This is your chance to engage with community leaders and activists as we ask, “What is next for D.C.?”
