ACLU-DC and other organizations urged the WMATA Board to vote “NO” on the proposed rule change to Metro’s rider guidelines that would allow WMATA to suspend access to Metrorail and Metrobus to riders that “engage” in certain criminal offenses on the system under the laws of DC, Maryland or Virginia.
